This role involves managing budgeting and forecasting, leading analysis, and mentoring a small team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent communication skills, with in-office attendance required 3-5 days a week.

It safeguards the Morgan Stanley franchise by maintaining accurate books and records, contributing to firm-wide risk management, and liaising with industry and government regulators. The division also acts as a conduit of financial information to the investment community and advises senior management on financial matters.
Team Profile :
The Finance Division, reporting to the CFO, comprises about 3,000 employees worldwide. It plays a critical role in risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting, including external filings and internal forecasting and analysis. The team includes Business Unit Controllers, Infrastructure Controllers, and groups focused on Accounting, Regulatory and Reporting, and Valuation Review.
