A leading insurance company in Canada is seeking a Senior Analyst for PI Operational Planning & Analysis. This role involves providing financial insights, supporting business planning, and ensuring accurate reporting to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills, along with experience in financial management reporting. Reporting to the Senior Manager, PI Operational Planning & Analysis, the Senior Analyst, PI Operational Planning & Analysis is responsible for providing key internal stakeholders with value-added, business performance insights and financial projections to assist in their decision-making process for managing the day-to-day and long-term business needs of the Personal Insurance business lines.
The analytical support provided by this role enables Senior Leaders within Personal Insurance (PI) to understand the impact of their decisions. Supporting the annual business planning process and quarterly reforecasts will be a critical part of the role. This role is also responsible for supporting divisional performance reporting and providing financial insights to support senior leaders' business decision-makings.
