Job description

Morgan Group Kimberley has a vacancy for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join the team and provide customers with comprehensive Financial and Insurance services.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Maximize the second gross profitability of the dealership by qualifying clients’ specific needs.
2. Present effective solutions comprising approved VAPs and services.
3. Ensure the dealership is NOT exposed to ANY RISK.
4. Contact banks and insurance companies, obtain quotes, complete necessary paperwork, and advise customers.
5. Perform month-end processes.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Matric, FAIS compliance, NCA registration, and RE 5 certificate.
2. 3 - 5 years of Finance and Insurance experience within the Motor industry.
3. Excellent administration, numeracy, communication, and customer skills.
4. ‘Fit and Proper’ in terms of Experience, Qualification, and Integrity.
5. Up-to-date Class of Business.
6. Working knowledge of dealer platforms - Seriti.
