Job description

Creative Door Services, North America’s largest overhead door dealer, operates nine branches across Western Canada and we have over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial overhead door industry. We provide access solutions by servicing and installing a variety of overhead doors and driveway gate systems, operators and associated controls.

Role :

We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist / Administrator located in the Saskatoon branch . Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Receptionist / Administrator is the first point of contact for all customers and is responsible for general office administrative duties. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and future growth and job task variety.

Responsibilities :

  • Answers a multi-line phone and accurately transfers calls to the appropriate party.
  • Processes payroll with piece rate calculations.
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely pickup and delivery of office mail, including special handling and internal mail processes.
  • Manages vehicle licensing, Certificates of Insurance for contractors, and location's employee attendance.
  • Maintain and order copy paper, toner, and other office supplies for location as well as distribution.
  • Assist with special projects as directed.
  • Light filing, typing, and invoicing as needed .

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years office and administrative experience required.
  • Ability to interface well with various levels of employees within the company.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts inside and outside the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point; ability to design graphs and reports.
  • Ability and willingness to become familiar with various product lines.
  • Accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills required.
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines.
