Job description

Role Description
  1. Order Booking and Sales Target: Ensure booking of orders as per the business plan and maintain an adequate order funnel. Achieve the sales to booking ratio as per plan.
  2. Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with Manufacturing Unit and Supply Chain team to ensure sufficient inventory in the system to avoid stock-outs.
  3. Sales and Delivery Process: Establish robust sales and delivery processes to reach customers. Key performance indicators include quality of data captured, number of distributor visits, increase in app adoption, and Net Promoter Score.
  4. Engagement and Account Management: Conduct regular meetings and engagement programs for influencers, organize presentations, set up installer teams, and handle top accounts directly.
  5. Distributor Development: Train and develop distributor sales force through methods like BM shadowing.
  6. Sales Value Chain and After-Sales Service: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales value chain to ensure profitability, provide after-sales service, manage consumer complaints, and ensure installation teams work with distributors to serve customers.
