6,747.50 - $9,701.42 CAD Monthly

The Business Analyst II leads assessments of client needs to align business initiatives with IT solutions, primarily supporting UBC's enterprise CRM platform, Salesforce. The role involves requirements definition, business process analysis and design, configuration, implementation, testing, training, and documentation, often within complex project teams impacting the UBC community.
Supports Salesforce platform, works in an agile environment, manages data quality, handles releases, and acts as a liaison for application changes, ensuring solutions align with university architecture.
Errors could adversely affect UBC's mission-critical systems, reputation, and operations, potentially costing significant resources and impacting the university community.
Works under the general direction of the Project Manager and may mentor less experienced staff.
Degree in a relevant discipline, professional development, experience with Salesforce, and knowledge of project lifecycle disciplines. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills, and experience with enterprise projects are preferred.
Additional skills include effective facilitation, continuous learning, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
