What can you expect in this role?

1. Independent carriage of a full caseload of Accident Benefits litigation, including priority and loss transfer disputes
2. Opportunity to handle interesting and complex files
3. Opportunity to provide advice to the Claims department on Accident Benefits litigation strategy and file handling

What do you bring to the role?

1. At least 6+ years of litigation experience, especially Accident Benefits litigation
2. Strong commitment to coaching and mentoring developing lawyers
3. Passion for finding better ways

5. High degree of personal ethics, integrity and responsibility
6. Team player, adaptable to a changing environment
7. Law Degree from an accredited law school (LLB or Juris Doctor)
8. Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario to practice law as a lawyer in Ontario
9. This role requires clearance of a background check and disciplinary action check

High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.

Salary Range : $115,200 - $213,800
