A leading university seeks a part-time Lecturer for Fall 2025 to teach courses in the history of science. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, facilitating instruction, and grading. The position requires a terminal degree and previous teaching experience, offering a minimum salary of $50,000 for 9 months, prorated for part-time work.
Teach the following courses in Fall 2025:
This position is responsible for preparing all course materials, administering and grading exams and homework, creating assignments, holding office hours, and meeting with students.

Preferred: Terminal Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in history or a related field.
Demonstrated or potential for superior scholarly accomplishments and previous college/university-level teaching experience are preferred.
Part Time: 66.7%. Work is expected to be performed in person at a designated campus location.
Terminal, 4-month appointment with potential for extension or renewal based on need and funding.
Minimum $50,000 for 9 months, depending on qualifications.
This position may be extended in subsequent semesters and could become ongoing if needed.
