Senior Bilingual Order Fulfillment

1 YEAR CONTRACT - good chance of going perm!!

Location: Mississauga, ON - HYBRID 3 days from office, 2 days from home

Hours: 7:30am - 6:00pm – MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BETWEEN 7:30am - 6pm

Shifts: 7:30am - 4pm, 8:30am - 5pm, or 9am - 6pm.

Salary: Up to 78K

Company: Our client is a well-established company in the food industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Bilingual Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their dynamic team in a hybrid capacity.

Basic Purpose:

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, the incumbent will be the first line of contact and will provide support to all customers in placing orders and handling inquiries both internally and externally. The incumbent will be responsible for efficient and accurate entry of all orders into the SAP system and will work very closely with various departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
