About The Role

The Program Director is a licensed clinical leader responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our program designs, ensuring clinical excellence, family connection, cultural responsiveness, and positive outcomes. The role also involves managing program performance metrics to ensure success and impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Program Development: Build and refine clinical strategies across all program models, including social-emotional learning, skill development, community engagement, and early intervention.
  2. Fidelity Oversight: Ensure programs are delivered consistently and with high quality, conducting fidelity audits and guiding improvements.
  3. Clinical Excellence: Maintain high standards for intervention quality, client outcomes, and family-centered care.
  4. Program Metrics Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as parent satisfaction, care coordination, and program outcomes.
  5. Team Leadership: Train and mentor staff, including Case Managers, Behavior Support Technicians, and Learning Support Specialists.
  6. Family Connection: Foster strong partnerships with families through effective communication and shared goals.
  7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to improve and innovate program services.
  8. Compliance: Ensure all services meet ethical, legal, and funding requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist credential in good standing
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with individuals with autism and related needs
  • At least 1 year of experience leading or managing behavioral or educational programs
  • Strong background in social-emotional learning and community-based interventions
  • Experience monitoring outcomes and fulfilling contracts (preferred)
  • Leadership and staff development experience
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered practices
  • CPR / First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site at Behavior Genius locations and in the community
