Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CSR is responsible for inputting alpha-numeric information into the IFS system and processing contracts in a timely and efficient manner. This position will assist in executing superior front-line service transactions to current and prospective clients.

Education / Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration with relevant experience in the Insurance or finance sector; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and transaction execution skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability to changing requirements.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.

Position Details

This is a full-time, in-office position working from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to support customer service. IFS offers competitive benefits and compensation based on experience and qualifications.
