• Bachelor’s degree (any field) for Teaching Assistant.
• Valid teaching license or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification for Teacher.
• 1+ year of relevant classroom experience for Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in up to 20 English classes/week for Teaching Assistant.

English Teacher Role

Responsibilities :

• Co-teach up to 20 classes / week with local teachers
• Plan lessons, evaluate students, and foster English fluency
• Participate in school events and professional development

Eligibility :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• One of the following :
• Valid teaching license
• TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certification (min. 120 hours)
• 1+ year of relevant classroom experience

Compensation & Benefits :

• Monthly salary : NT$67,840–104,020 (≈ CAD $2,950–$4,520)
• Round-trip airfare reimbursement : up to NT$40,000 each way (≈ CAD $1,740)
• Housing stipend : up to NT$5,000 / month (families : NT$10,000)
• Performance bonus : up to 1 month’s pay
• National Health Insurance, Labor Insurance & Pension
• In-country support from school and TFETP staff

English Teaching Assistant Role

• Recent police clearance (within 6 months)

• Monthly salary : NT$50,000 (≈ CAD $2,170)
• Round-trip airfare reimbursement : up to NT$40,000 each way
• Housing stipend : NT$26,000 / year (≈ CAD $1,130)
• TEFL / TESOL course reimbursement : up to NT$55,000 / year (≈ CAD $2,390)
• Transport stipend : NT$3,000 / year
