A leading industrial products provider in Canada seeks a Parts Sales Coordinator to ensure high-quality parts requests fulfillment. The role involves managing personnel, supporting sales operations, and executing efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate has a college diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Accountable / responsible for ensuring parts requests are fulfilled at a high standard of quality to customers by quoted delivery date; ensuring consistent application and administration of the company’s parts and warranty programs.
The Role
The Candidate
Education : College diploma / Post secondary Education in Commerce, General Business or other related discipline
Work Experience : 3-5 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations
Knowledge : Experience working with budgets, analyzing budgets and developing targets
Proficiency : Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
