Job description
Our client is a Vancouver based boutique law firm, specializing in personal injury & estate litigation. They are currently seeking a professional and experienced Paralegal to join their team.
Your new role
In this new role, you will be responsible for managing complex plaintiff personal injury files, performing various administrative functions including setting discovery and trial dates, delegating work to the legal assistant, drafting pleadings, and interacting professionally with clients, defense counsel, insurers, and other relevant stakeholders via telephone and written communications.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff personal injury file experience. You should be a self-starter with superior organizational skills, and keen attention to detail. Proofreading and grammar skills are essential for this role.
