As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies and plans, emphasizing automation and performance testing.
• Manage QA activities across multiple projects, providing leadership, mentorship, and oversight to the QA team.
• Participate in sprint planning, kick-offs, and backlog refinement meetings to estimate, prioritize, and plan QA tasks.
• Conduct manual and automated test cases for enterprise applications, including Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with external clients, project teams, and developers to ensure clear communication of requirements.
• Lead test reviews and defect triage meetings for timely issue resolution.
• Create and document extensive test cases and scenarios covering all requirements.
• Provide detailed test progress reports and maintain dashboards.
• Ensure effective regression testing in CI/CD environments and continuous integration workflows.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

• Experience leading test strategy workshops and building governance processes.
• Experience managing complex projects and engaging with external clients.
• Experience with enterprise automation testing solutions (e.g., Tricentis Testim, Tosca, UIPath Test Suite, Provar).
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., XRAY, Tricentis qTest, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket) and integrating automated tests.
• Knowledge of scripting frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with clients.
• Experience creating documentation and training materials.
• Ability to transfer knowledge and train super users.
• Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends.
• Commitment to diversity and working with diverse perspectives.
• This role may require travel up to 25%.
• Fluency in French is required for Quebec-based roles; an asset outside Quebec.
