Salary Range: $75-$90k plus performance-based bonuses.

Job Purpose
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and prospective clients.
• Act as the primary contact for high-value customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with production and logistics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to enhance product offerings.
• Represent Hendriks Greenhouses at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (floral/horticulture industry preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and market research techniques.
• Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and growth.
