About the Department
The Community Outreach & Workforce Development (COWD) department supports access for marginalized groups through partnerships, programs, and initiatives based on community assets, aiming to enhance social and economic development.
Role Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or related field.
Experience : 5-9 years in community development, partnership building, research, and program management, with strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
