We are seeking a Manager, Community & Partnership Development to lead community engagement and development efforts supporting access to education and employment for under-represented groups.

  • Position : Manager, Community & Partnership Development
  • Status : Contract - 6 Months
  • Location : North Campus
  • Salary : Starting at $103,276

About the Department

The Community Outreach & Workforce Development (COWD) department supports access for marginalized groups through partnerships, programs, and initiatives based on community assets, aiming to enhance social and economic development.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead partnerships with stakeholders to create and evaluate programs and initiatives.
  • Identify community needs, develop responses, and collaborate with organizations and industry.
  • Lead a diverse team, integrating experiential learning and research opportunities.
  • Secure external funding for programs supporting under-represented groups.
  • Engage the campus community to embed outreach and workforce development initiatives.

Qualifications

Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or related field.

Experience : 5-9 years in community development, partnership building, research, and program management, with strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
