Supplier Quality Flow Lead / Industrialization Validation Lead (H / F)
Descriptif mission
Reporting to External Industrialization Lead
- Conducts ISO-9001 / AS-9100 Quality System, Product & Process, and Customer specific requirement audits at supplier's facilities.
- Manages and tracks completion of CARs / SCARS and 8D reports due to audit findings.
- Reviews, approves, and administers Supplier DVI / PPAP documentation.
- Represents SQA on industrialization teams to ensure all Quality requirements are met.
- Manages Supplier quality information and approval requests through DK6000.
- Enters Supplier queries into our system and supports RFDC submittals, tracking to closure.
- Manages supplier NCRs / Concessions and collaborates with Incoming Inspection to resolve quality issues.
- Follows up on FAR and CAR submittals to closure, assessing NCR / Concession liability.
- Supports Supplier notices of escape and Program Quality submittals to Customer.
- Leads audit meetings with Suppliers, discussing CARs.
- Approves SAP DVI / PPAP P.O.s prior to release.
- Provides DVI / PPAP files to Suppliers for submittal.
- Reviews and approves gates in the DVI / PPAP process (Form 0 / Form 4 / Form 6).
- Updates and creates audit checklists as needed.
- Maintains part Inspection plans in SAP for Receiving Inspection.
- Assists with Engineering investigations as a liaison between Supplier, Engineering, Procurement, and Purchasing.
- Supports report generation and validation (ORM / CNQ / BSC / QIS / 3rd party audits).
- Monitors FAL reports to identify quality trends.
- Conducts Supplier Quality performance reviews for top non-performing suppliers.
- Supports QRQC Boards with feedback and issue resolution.
- Assists Engineering product investigations involving Suppliers.
- Performs internal ASQ self-audits.
- Provides backup for team members during absences.
- Manages Quality Notifications (COSA's) in SAP as required.
- Updates SAP part inspection criteria (Delegation / Dock to Stock / Quality Control).
- Oversees Supplier Delegation training.
Qualifications and Experience
- Manufacturing Engineering degree preferred, or 5+ years aerospace manufacturing experience, especially in new Program introduction.
- Results-oriented with a focus on maintaining Quality system integrity.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with machining, NDT, special processing, and assembly of landing gear parts.
- Knowledge of raw materials and forging processes.
- ISO-9001 Lead Assessor training and/or previous supplier audit experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, analytical and statistical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a demanding schedule.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
- Commitment to safety and maintaining a high level of 5S standards.
- Ability to read drawings and work with Catia models via Enovia.
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
