Our client is a leader in the chemical wholesale market and is a growing global organisation. Due to a recent acquisition and a system implementation, an opportunity has arisen within the broader finance team. Our client will offer an incredibly stable environment and many opportunities to the successful candidate. Currently operating in over 500 locations across more than 70 countries, the business has been performing exceptionally well.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with customer service and purchasing teams, and run weekly cost centre reports.
  • Process customer credit card payments and handle additional ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Identify and assist in the implementation of process improvement opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the ANZ finance team, including raising non-trade POs and assisting with bank reconciliations.

The successful candidate will showcase:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to customer service skills.
  • A hands-on team player that wants to contribute to the workplace's culture.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience using SAP.
