Shift Supervisor - Store# 17181, Coxwell & Plains

Join us as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks , Store# 17181, Coxwell & Plains. This role involves assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, leading the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience through legendary customer service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Uphold Starbucks' culture, values, and mission with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain composure during busy or unusual events, setting a positive example for the team.
  • Anticipate customer and store needs, providing feedback to management.
  • Assist in training new partners and providing performance feedback.
  • Create a positive team environment and provide coaching to ensure operational excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, respond to customer needs, and develop positive relationships with team members.
  • Execute store operations, including opening and closing duties, following all policies and safety procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and security protocols, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure quality in beverages, food products, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments and utilize operational tools effectively.

Experience and Skills :

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
