Job Description
Our client is currently seeking QC inspectors for contract positions in Saskatchewan, starting in June 2025. The role requires the inspector to be an independent contractor (IC), not a full-time employee. The work involves intermittent inspections with a flexible schedule based on client requests.
Scope of Work
Inspection activities include repairs, alterations, installation, and periodic inspections of pressure equipment as mandated by Saskatchewan Boiler & Pressure Vessel Act & Regulations and CSA-B51. Tasks will be performed under the client's Quality Management System Manual (QMS) and Quality Control Program Manual (QCP), covering both maintenance and new construction. The scope includes:
The services will cover equipment such as steam generators (boilers), pressure vessels, pressure piping, and other equipment as determined by the client, beyond the jurisdiction of Saskatchewan's Boilers and Pressure Vessels Act & Regulations. The inspector must oversee and ensure compliance with the client’s QMS & QCP to meet quality assurance standards.
