Our client is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager.
You will work closely with engineering and architecture during the product development process. As the lead product evangelist for customers, you will work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to educate and promote solutions to various key audiences including strategic customers, channel partners, and development partners.
Key Responsibilities
Providing strategic vision for the product line
Seeking new market opportunities
Leading business case development and investment proposals through the portfolio management process
Own, prioritize and drive inbound customer requirements and product/market definition for current and future products
Defining core customer benefits and product differentiation for all markets and buyers
Providing marketing with the necessary outbound direction and compelling content to support demand creation activities
Assessing potential buy/build/partner relationships aimed at extending the competitiveness of the product line
Performing quantitative analysis on product performance and sales success, and monitoring ongoing market competitiveness
Requirements
Human Resources related experience with at least 5 years in enterprise software application product management
A practical understanding of the Human Resources function, its roles and processes. This includes an understanding of the issues facing the enterprise today (e.g., effective Human Capital Management, HR as a strategic business partner and the role of BPO, change management, the recruiting and retention of top talent, HR and organization effectiveness)
Experience using or implementing HR applications such as Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft and/or business intelligence/data warehousing would be an asset
Certified and practical experience in Pragmatic Marketing Methodology is a definite asset
