Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is responsible for the accurate creation and receipt of customer invoices to ensure the timely receipt of customer payments.

Are you passionate about this work?

  • Accurately prepares customer invoices by relieving plant inventory (via computer system) and then correctly billing the customer.
  • Effectively researches, tracks and resolves accounts receivable problems and discrepancies.
  • Working with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of invoicing.
  • Managing project expense costs such as travel expenses and per diems.
  • Ensuring accurate time entry onto jobs.
  • Prepare and maintain accounts reconciliation.

  • Post Secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an invoicing coordinator or accounts receivable position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven organizational skills are necessary; with the ability to manage multiple items at once.
  • Proficiency with computer software programs such as MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders while achieving end results/goals.
  • Prior experience using Concur is preferred.
  • Experience with an ERP system; preferably Syteline.
