Who We’re Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working independently and in teams
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Capable of meeting physical requirements, including:
• Standing and walking 3-8 hours
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners
• Reside within 20 km of Victoria, BC, with travel to Salt Springs required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams

Servicing stores during weekday mornings and early afternoons. No evenings or weekends are required. The position involves approximately 20 hours per week and travel to Salt Spring Island is necessary.
