Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Experience in onboarding applications with full technical integration.
2. Experience integrating HR systems, Active Directory, G Suite.
3. Worked on at least 2-3 SailPoint IIQ implementations.
4. Good programming experience.
5. In-depth understanding of SailPoint IIQ components, architecture, and configuration in standalone and clustered modes.
6. Experience installing and configuring SailPoint IIQ in standalone and clustered modes.
7. Ability to implement technical solutions meeting all functional and non-functional requirements with minimal customization.
8. Lead overall SailPoint IIQ product configuration and implementation.
9. Develop workflows, custom connectors, and utilize out-of-the-box SailPoint IIQ configurations.
10. Integrate enterprise or in-house applications with SailPoint IIQ.
11. Configure account access recertification/delegation in SailPoint IIQ.
12. Customize SailPoint IIQ user interfaces as per business needs.
13. Generate standard or customized reports as required.
14. Experience leading projects or teams.
15. Good understanding of operational processes.
16. Experience in client-facing roles and working with international clients.
17. Experience with SailPoint IIQ is essential.
18. Good client relationship management skills.
19. Working knowledge of Okta.
