CONDITIONS

Schedule : Sunday (5PM to 9PM) & Monday to Thursday (5PM to 2:30AM)

Salary : From $51,000 to $67,000/year.

MISSION

Assign and coordinate the necessary resources to ensure optimal workload management for the evening shift while maintaining efficient operations management.

DESCRIPTION

1. Assign resources, coordinate order preparation and restocking, while ensuring an efficient workload distribution.
2. Supervise, support, and motivate the team by ensuring compliance with work methods, employee training, and schedule management.
3. Serve as the go-to person for technical questions, resolve common issues, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintain a healthy work environment, and act as the first point of intervention when needed.
