Job description

The Storage Solutions Group (SSG)Sales Coordinator is a critical member of the team, supportingthe goals and contributingto the success of the sales department. You are responsible forfacilitating the order process from start to finish. You know what's on an order, where it's coming from, when the customer can expect delivery andsubsequent install requirements / timelines. You have high standards to ensure orders are accurately entered, maintained, invoicedwithout error.

Note : This is an on-site role.

  • Partnerwith the sales team to maintaina productive working relationship, ensuring asmooth sales order process from beginning to end.
  • Ensure sales orderdetails;items, sell prices, costs, Purchase Orders, invoices are accurately processed inthe business system (JDE)
  • Assist sales with obtainingsupplier quotes.
  • Ensure supplier PO's / invoices are accurately processed (PO #'s, quantities, costs) per AP process for payment.
  • Scheduleand coordinateinstallations with sub-contractor, warehouse, and customer.
  • Ensuresub-contractors are provided with complete and accurate information for installs.
  • Ensureaccuracy of expected install costs by reviewing and processing sub-contractor and / or equipment invoices.
  • Responsible for maintaining all required sales accounting documentation, Proof of deliveries, project install inspection reports / sign-offs

Requirements & Qualifications

College or university degree or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years administrative experience in a storage solutions environment is an advantage
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, abilityto organize data.
  • Familiarity with JDE is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while remaining organized, detail oriented and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency & effective time management to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills. Writes clear & concise documents and emails.
  • Able to work in a team environment, follow directions, with a courteous, professional manner
