Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Third Party Agreement Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to focus on managing the creation, negotiation, and execution of third-party contracts and agreements.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the development, negotiation, and execution of third-party agreements, including contracts with vendors, contractors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
  • Works closely with legal, procurement, and project management teams to ensure that all third-party agreements are in compliance with company policies, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Coordinates the review of terms and conditions, ensuring that all contractual obligations are clearly defined, including deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
  • Monitors the performance and compliance of third-party agreements, ensuring that all parties adhere to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Identifies and resolves any disputes, issues, or delays related to third-party agreements, ensuring timely and effective solutions are implemented.
  • Maintains accurate records of all third-party agreements, including amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Works closely with project teams to ensure third-party agreements align with overall project objectives and timelines.
  • Prepares and provides reports on third-party agreements, including contract status, compliance, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Acts as the main point of contact for all third-party contract-related inquiries and communications, ensuring transparent and effective communication between parties.
  • Performs other duties as required to ensure successful third-party agreements management throughout the project lifecycle.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal roles with a focus on third-party agreements
  • Experience in negotiating and managing third-party agreements in large-scale projects is preferred

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and third-party agreement management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements and ensure compliance with legal and project requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
