Known for The Chase, our renowned fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the historic Dineen Building, we are excited to introduce a new casual dining concept on the ground floor, opening in Spring 2025 . This new space will offer a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere where both regulars and new guests can enjoy outstanding service and quality dining.
ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Partie oversees their station and line cooks, ensuring prep, cooking, and cleanliness meet recipe standards. Passionate about culinary excellence, they create memorable dishes for our guests while maintaining a sanitized workspace.
