The Workday Help team develops and maintains the Knowledge and Case Management products used globally by companies like Toyota and Netflix. We focus on delivering quality solutions, exploring new technologies like GenAI, and supporting your growth in a collaborative environment.
As an Associate Software Development Engineer, you will influence the user experience of our Knowledge and Case Management products. Your work will involve collaboration across teams, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies such as TypeScript, Kotlin microservices, and Workday's XO stack. You will also have opportunities to develop skills in Generative AI to enhance our products.
Base salary ranges for Victoria, BC: $88,400 - $132,600 CAD, with additional benefits and potential bonuses. Details will be provided during hiring.
Our Flex Work approach combines in-person and remote work, requiring at least 50% in-office presence per quarter, allowing flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
