An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and dispensing online orders, ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy while adhering to safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What you'll do...

1. Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care and attention to quality to ensure timely delivery to customers.
2. Pack orders meticulously, distinguishing between similar products, verifying quantities, and using correct product codes.
3. Ensure products are of the highest quality, free from damage, and selected for freshness.
4. Accurately document and label all orders by interpreting documentation such as pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
5. Optimize tote filling by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
6. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, supporting issues to resolution.
7. Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including keeping work areas clean, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are debris-free before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely, completing pre-use safety checks, and embodying behaviors aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational, safety, and quality enhancements. Demonstrate flexibility to meet changing work demands and daily delivery schedules.
