Operations Manager FOR SECURITY COMPANY - Minimum 7 Years Experience!

The Operations Manager is responsible for directing and supervising client relationships, internal relationships, and account operations. This role is the primary point of contact for client relationships, the company operations team, and guarding staff. Accountable for providing client care to existing clientele to ensure a positive service experience and continuously looking for new business and organic growth within current accounts.

MUST HAVE :

  • First Aid / CPR
  • Driver's license with access to a vehicle

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Identify and establish proper client expectations with excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • You are the primary client contact for the assigned portfolio of accounts. Regular “face-to-face” client interaction and offer proactive resolution of any operational issues. Maintain ongoing and proactive client contact, including site visits, meeting attendance, timely response, and follow-up phone calls.
  • Address and resolve client issues including staffing / schedule concerns or requests.
  • Maintain a highly effective team within a site to ensure all clients’ needs and requirements are met including recruiting appropriate staff and arranging any site-related training required.
  • Maintain standard company proposals, legal and brand language, sales proposals, and bids.
  • Maintain marketing material such as presentation binders, computer-based presentations, trade show materials, brochures, and other branding materials.
  • Ensure the goals of the marketing and sales functions are aligned to meet the functional needs of the company’s business development.
  • Track and demonstrate client contact and packages being sent out.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to complement the company’s strategic business plan and maintain the company’s position as a top security service provider.
  • Manage business development process while maintaining a strong knowledge of the security industry, business trends, and competitors; and identify specific opportunities to direct marketing efforts toward particular sales-based practices and clients.
  • Support the company’s business development efforts by identifying potential leads, and collecting and sharing market industry intelligence.
  • Collaborate with senior management members and Account Executives to execute business development activities and plans.
  • Expand business opportunities through various forms of communication and booked sales meetings with decision-makers.
  • Promote products and services to prospective clients by making professional account presentations and increasing customer awareness.
  • Use solution selling techniques with prospective clients to grow our business; make suggestions for various products and services.
  • Work closely with Scheduling, Recruiting, Accounting, and HR Departments.
  • Responsible for all client communications, managing all client interaction; client visits, site inspections, and client and staff team meetings.
  • Make regular site visits.
  • Respond to requests from the client in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Responsible for investigating and resolving all issues arising from major incidents and documenting and implementing corrective measures and job requirements.
  • Must have 7 years of experience as a client service manager or equivalent in the security industry.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Security License.
  • Must be flexible in hours.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written, or visual form to a variety of audiences.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and the use of programs. Basic level of proficiency in Windows programs and Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).

Schedule :

Monday to Friday 7 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
