We are looking for Outside Sales Advisors who are true selling professionals, understanding that success in sales is based on building relationships and finding creative solutions that benefit all parties. The ideal candidate should practice effective communication daily, foster existing relationships, develop new ones, and continually enhance their skills to excel in their role.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills, along with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers

Specific Qualifications for the Outside Sales Advisor Position

  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing (asset)
  • Minimum three years of business-to-consumer sales experience
  • Proven success in sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Basic PC proficiency
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, and some weekends
  • Experience in HVAC is not required

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Advisor, you will engage directly with decision-makers, allowing you to control your earnings through a commission-based structure. Your duties will include :
