Job description

Safety-Kleen is seeking a Sales Representative - Bulk Product and Services in Chelmsford, ON. The Sales Rep – Bulk Product and Services will maintain strong business relationships with the area's accounts, while selling additional products and services to new and existing customers. They will address customers’ questions on products, services, and billing. The position also requires the Rep to perform a variety of administrative and field tasks, including setting up accounts, product services, and generating waste profiles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned geographical territory by developing and maintaining business relationships.
  2. Sell all applicable BPS product lines while leveraging appropriate pricing components to secure profitable business.
  3. Meet with customers to ensure they are knowledgeable about product offerings.
  4. Manage existing accounts and develop new growth opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with local Safety-Kleen environmental and field service branches.
  6. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings (local and district), maintaining productive relationships with colleagues in key accounts, national accounts, and branch service organizations.
  7. Visit or contact each customer regularly, based on their size, service frequency, or market dynamics.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the lubricant, industrial, automotive, or environmental services markets.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Potential for out-of-town training during onboarding or other initiatives.
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time and territory management skills.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
