What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a friendly demeanor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must speak both French and English fluently
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
- Quiet, distraction-free home environment to work from
