Job Summary
The Bilingual Train Reporting Representative (TRR) is responsible for working to provide the accurate and timely reporting of train and railcar movements. The incumbent ensures that CN meets the needs of customers by providing essential data that allows both customers and internal stakeholders to make informed decisions about how to manage their railcar inventory. Furthermore, the role is accountable for identifying reporting violations and escalating them so that appropriate steps can be taken to find long-term resolutions. The role is the first line of communication with the Operational counterparts and is accountable to protect and ensure appropriate communication regarding our customer’s service experience. Moreover, the role is required to interact closely and effectively with fellow members of the Service Delivery team and other internal CN stakeholders and work to develop productive relationships with them.

Training
Once onboarded, the new TRR hires complete classroom training with leaders covering CN’s rules, policies, procedures and safety measures. TRRs are provided with in-depth training on our tools and systems to be successful in their role. This is followed by a
6-week on-the-job practical training. During your first 3-months, you will have rotating 1:1 mentorship and training with the team to provide regular coaching, guidance, and support.
