Sales Representative
Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario

The Sales Representative is responsible for executing Lactalis sales strategy at retail to drive profitable revenue growth in accordance with Lactalis field sales process high standards. Responsibilities include managing business relationships, generating new business, merchandising, display techniques, inventory management, and executing promotional plans aligned with corporate and banner needs.

Key duties include:

  1. Executing store coverage model that satisfies customer needs and drives sales results.
  2. Achieving distribution on authorized listings and securing secondary displays.
  3. Building top-line sales by prospecting for new business and leveraging existing locations.
  4. Developing sales plans for each Division based on weekly coverage models.
  5. Performing administrative duties such as preparing business review reports and monitoring market activity.
  6. Monitoring competitive activity and supporting new product launches and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications include:

  1. One to two years of sales experience in the CPG industry or related field.
  2. Strong analytical, planning, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Knowledge of the grocery industry and retail marketplace.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Nielsen data, and SAP.
  5. Company vehicle or car allowance.
