WHAT CAN RELIAS OFFER YOU?
Accounts Receivable Associates communicate directly with the client, as well as with the client's Account Manager and Client Success Manager, to ensure timely payments and assist in solving client issues regarding their billing.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Processing invoice requests, payments, refunds, and buyout opportunities
* Collecting on outstanding accounts by communicating with clients via telephone and email
* Solving client billing issues
* Working with other departments to solve client issues outside of the billing scope
* Working under tight deadlines to meet department reporting needs
* Managing the relationship with suspended clients
* Creating payment default opportunities
* Completing monthly write offs of Defaulted clients
YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* New college graduates may apply
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Basic Excel skills
* Knowledge of basic customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Effective time management skills

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
