The Subreddit Success team aims to help build and activate successful communities by providing community founders with the right tools and guidance to grow their communities. We maintain features related to the Subreddit pages, focusing on enhancing community individuality. This high-impact role involves driving technical and product strategies, operations, architecture, and execution for one of the world's largest platforms.

This role can be fully remote within Canada. If you're near our Toronto office, you may opt for a hybrid work schedule.

What You’ll Do :

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop products and features that enhance user experience.
• Participate in the full development cycle, including design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. Review code and design documents, and provide feedback on product specifications.
• Work with a team of motivated engineers, contribute to improving development standards, and mentor team members to grow their skills.
• Continuously improve your technical and soft skills through learning and development.

Minimum Candidate Qualifications :

• At least X years of professional experience developing user-facing iOS applications using Swift.
• Expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating in a remote environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for building innovative solutions and thriving in ambiguity and challenges.
• Experience with other programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
• Knowledge of APIs, GraphQL, REST, and HTTP is a plus.
