Senior Gaming Integrity Operational Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Senior Gaming Integrity Operational Specialist to conduct and execute Security and Surveillance obligations related to Land Based Gaming contract management, the Self Exclusion/Facial Recognition program, and the Gaming Integrity Ontario program, ensuring compliance within Responsible Gaming standards as well as Conduct and Manage obligations.

Your Role in the Game

Reporting to the Sr Manager Gaming Integrity, Casino & Charitable Gaming, you will:

  • Maintain all data in the iTrak database, identify issues, and follow up with site gaming Security staff to rectify issues, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Complete data entry and validation on multiple platforms with high attention to detail to adhere to data standards.
  • Review Facial Recognition entries daily to ensure patron images are enabled/disabled as required.
  • Coordinate, conduct, and document reviews of Self-Exclusion information to ensure policy adherence and quality control.
  • Maintain the iTrak User’s Manual and Best Practices Log for system updates.
  • Collaborate with Responsible Gaming and vendors to convert ban forms to reports and respond to iTrak inquiries from gaming sites.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute data to internal stakeholders and rectify data issues with gaming sites.
  • Work with Gaming Marketing and other departments to resolve Self Exclusion ban discrepancies.
  • Prepare and support iTrak reports and conduct analytics within the G.I.O. program.
  • Administer the Security/Surveillance Evidence Retention, Release, and Destruction program, including quarterly audits and evidence redaction.
What You Need To Play

Work Experience: 5 years in security and/or surveillance roles.

Knowledge & Education: Degree/diploma in business, technology, or related work experience, with focus on Analytics, CCTV, IP camera systems, electronics, networking, or similar. Expertise in databases and software, understanding of system interactions, iTrak knowledge, facial recognition image enrollment skills are assets.
