We’re looking for an SAP Developer to work closely with technical peers, internal business contacts, and external clients to develop, design, and continuously improve the ERP backbone to support successful business operations. This role requires a solid understanding of SAP, strong development capabilities, knowledge of integration points, and familiarity with our business processes. The position also demands strong communication and organizational skills, along with a follow-through mentality.

Your Tasks

• Implement new customer projects and change requests for Arvato SCS, interacting directly with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Manage the SAP implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process analysis, designing, implementing solutions, deployment, documentation, training, and user support.
• Set up end-to-end SCM processes in the MM / SD / LES / PP / WM / IM modules.
• Deep understanding of Logistics, integrated WM with HU management, RF scanning, batch management, serialization, and shipping and transport management.
• Proactively identify problematic issues (data or process) and collaborate to resolve them.
• Work with business users to gather details on SAP issues, categorize them, and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in a global IT team responsible for process alignment across regions for clients.
• Office: Hybrid schedule offered after 6 months.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience required.
• 2+ years of ABAP and debugging experience required.
• Proficiency in ABAP, Open SQL, XML, BAPI, BADI, SAP Queries.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-through abilities.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Experience with Profiforms, Smartforms, Bartender, and Centralized Output Management is preferred.
• RF Gun / Mobisys, IDoc (EDI), QM experience is a plus.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• LES experience is a plus.
• SAP R/3 experience required; S/4HANA experience preferred.
