Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment
• 7 years of experience working in the public sector
• Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement or Lean Six Sigma
• Experience as a program manager in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies within the business technology market
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in engineering, sales, and marketing in cloud or related fields
• Experience managing expectations and priorities of executive stakeholders based on program goals
• Proven ability to work effectively on a product, team, or process

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will design and execute strategic programs to support our global sales teams. Your work will involve managing programs across Google Cloud Platform products, industry and technical competencies, and operational routines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global cross-functional programs to scale Google Cloud GTM teams' efforts
• Track and report key metrics to assess program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate progress, obstacles, and solutions to stakeholders, including executive leaders
• Set clear expectations and deliverables for stakeholders and team members
• Provide feedback to improve program operations and scalability
