This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. The employee will work full-time remotely outside of a WesBanco location, with occasional in-person meetings. Primary functions are performed remotely.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer science or related field and two years of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance preferred.
- Knowledge of Active Directory preferred.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell preferred.
- Experience with data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, REST, SOAP preferred.
- Experience with SailPoint (IAM) solutions preferred.
Job Description
Summary: Partner with business owners and IT Applications manager to utilize identity access management solutions for user identities, authentication, and authorization. Streamline and automate access processes to ensure efficiency. Support the Bank's workforce by managing access privileges accurately and timely.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Administer user access to systems maintained by the Operations team efficiently.
- Coordinate with business lines and IT teams to identify access requirements and integrate these into IAM tools and processes.
- Analyze security administration workflows, recommend improvements, and assist in implementation.
- Establish and analyze identities, roles, and access assignments; develop role-based access control.
- Support IAM tools, ensure incident resolution, and maintain security procedures.
- Configure and maintain IAM products for high efficiency.
- Coordinate incident and problem resolution with vendors.
- Support system integration with IAM and Active Directory (LDAP).
- Assist in training staff on identity management functions.
Other Qualifications
- IT-related certifications are a plus.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and technical knowledge of Windows OS preferred.
