Position Summary

What you'll do

1. Zone the department.
2. Rotate stock and check for expired products.
3. Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced.
4. Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
5. Follow food safety and handling procedures, including sanitation and cleaning.
6. Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
7. Maintain features.
8. Keep the area neat, clean, organized, and free of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
