What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, understand, and analyze the business needs of the organization
- Design and develop medium-complexity solutions following industry best practices
- Write functional and technical analyses required for solution development in a DevOps environment
- Participate in defining implementation strategies and testing
- Provide support for solutions and monitor the health of systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a sense of initiative
- Solid experience in virtualization technologies (Vmware and/or XenServer and/or Red Hat Openstack required; HyperV/KVM is an asset)
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux operating systems (asset)
- Familiarity with cloud environments AWS/Azure (asset)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools and/or Jira (asset)
- Available to provide rotational support outside of regular business hours
- Experience with Agile incremental delivery and mastery of Scrum methodology
- Proficiency in French and good knowledge of English, both oral and written
