The Director of Finance will lead and oversee the finance department and contribute to the firm's financial strategy and success. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and success of the organization. This position will oversee the accounting, billing, and collections teams, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial operations.

The Director of Finance will provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and partners, leveraging their expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis to optimize revenue, profitability, and cash flow. With strong leadership and management skills, this role will inspire and mentor our finance teams to excel, fostering a culture of collaboration.
