This role is central to shaping long-term business strategy, optimising capital allocation, and identifying key growth opportunities across the downstream value chain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead scenario planning and downstream strategy development.
• Conduct market research, special studies, and strategic analysis for executive-level decision-making.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning, including resource and capital allocation.
• Engage with global think tanks and industry experts to stay ahead of geopolitical, regulatory, and technological trends.
• Identify synergies and portfolio optimization opportunities to enhance business performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of combined experience in refining, chemicals, trading, or retail marketing.
• At least 5 years focused on strategy formulation or scenario / strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
