Position Summary...

To provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities. Ensuring a zoned and stocked sales floor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise in a safe and clean environment. This Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

What You'll Do...

1. Providing excellent Customer Service: Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns where appropriate.
2. Delegate, assist, and follow-up on Customer Availability Process tasks: Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks.
3. Delegate, assist, and follow-up on: Price changes and feature sets.
4. Delegate, assist, and follow-up on: Modular completion in assigned area.
5. Support with coverage: in required areas on the salesfloor as needed, support with recovery and zoning activities.
6. Contribute to a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment: through adherence to company policy and procedures, including safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and debris-free.
7. Ensure associate breaks: are taken in accordance with coverage requirements.
8. Training, coaching, and feedback: to associates.
