A leading healthcare provider in British Columbia seeks a Forensic Nurse Examiner to deliver forensic nursing and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner services. The role requires collaboration with clinical leaders and travel, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Ideal candidates will have relevant nursing registration and experience, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Independently and in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Leader, the Forensic Nurse Examiner provides comprehensive forensic nursing and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) services to patients.
Travel is required for this position, and transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of Island Health.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN. Two (2) years of recent nursing experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Eligibility for completion of a recognized Sexual Assault/Forensic Nurse Examiner program and any required course pre-requisites. Valid BC Driver's License.
