The Company

Our client, Bin Masters, is a key player in the sustainable development industry, operating in the mobile compaction of containers/dumpsters across North America. They offer a unique process that reduces residual materials and construction debris, halving the number of transports needed. This results in cost savings and a significant positive impact on the carbon footprint.

Main Challenges

We are looking for a Driver-Operator capable of:

1. Driving a truck;
2. Operating a joystick inside the cabin;
3. Serving customers;
4. Developing a new territory;
5. Opening and closing sales (closer).

Skills and Personal Qualities Sought

• Dynamic with good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to develop new clients;
• Ability to introduce yourself and sell services;
• Ensure customer satisfaction;
• Knowledge or ability to learn how to operate a mechanical arm.

Experience and Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driver's license;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in truck driving;
• Experience in market development and sales (an asset).

Conditions and Remuneration

• Complete paid training;
• Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
